ACT 1 SCENE 3
Brabantio and Othello get to the Duke and Brabantio demands that the Duke forget about the other problems and deal with the fact that his daughter was stolen and that spells were used on her. Othello doesn't deny marrying her, but he sure didn't used spells to get her to marry him. Desdemona decides to come in and when her father asks her to who she is loyal to, she says Othello of course because thats her husband. Well Brabantio didn't like that because he was expecting her to say her father. When Desdemona tells him how her mother switched her loyalty from father to husband when she got married Brabantio agrees and lets the Duke go back to his other worries.
